A delightful two bedroom villa situated on a small complex of nine properties all privately owned by a mix of English and Spanish families. It is situated in a quiet area five minutes walk from the resort of Los Delfines and approximately 800 yards from the coast lying between the two coves of Cala en Brunch and Cala en Forcat. The sandy beach of Cala Blanes is only a few minutes car drive away. The historic port of Ciutadella is only a couple of miles away and is easily accessible by local bus or a picturesque walk along the coast road.
The complex is ideal for families looking for a chance to relax in the sun yet with plenty of shade nearby if needed.
Upon arrival at the villa an English couple, who are now resident in Menorca and live in an adjacent complex, will meet you. They are there to ensure that your holiday runs smoothly and will answer any questions that you may have during your stay on the island.

The villa comprises two air conditioned double bedrooms, bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has two single beds. There is a family bathroom with shower, bath and hair dryer. The lounge / dining room has a dining table and chairs, two sofas and a TV / DVD. The fully equipped kitchen contains a four ring gas hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer.
